Hello! I’m Elizabeth a picture book creator, illustrator, and occupational therapist based in Hampshire, UK.

By day, I work as an occupational therapist, supporting people’s wellbeing and daily lives. By night, I create stories and illustrations that reflect the emotional richness of childhood 

Picture books have always been a constant in my life. As a child, they helped me navigate the world. They walked beside me through the loss of my mum and the grief that followed, offering comfort, connection, and understanding. Now, as a parent myself, they continue to be a source of wonder , and they are the reason I write and illustrate my own.

Though I initially studied illustration, I later trained in occupational therapy. Creative drive led me back, and I completed an MA in Illustration with Distinction at Falmouth University in 2022.

I work in both digital and traditional media , usually a blend of the two , using whatever materials bring the story to life. My work is textured, expressive, and rooted in empathy, often drawing on my therapeutic background and lived experiences.

I live in Hampshire with my husband, our two brilliantly funny children, and a springer spaniel with boundless energy.
